At Blinged we are dedicated to our customers’ satisfaction, therefore for all non-personalised items and items that have not been worn, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution.

Terms & Conditions:

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend obtaining a tracking number as proof of shipment in the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit. Blinged will not be responsible for any returns which are lost, damaged or delayed in transit. 

If an item is faulty, we will offer a choice of repair, replacement or we will refund the value of the item.

You will be refunded within 5 days of receipt of your item.
